This book is dedicated to the rights of all young children - to help them learn how to express their thoughts, feelings and needs.  It is inspired by the 1989 United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child and the 2017 Australian Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Abuse – recognising that all children have the right to feel safe and be safe; to be heard, listened to and valued as citizens in their own right.
